- Wasted money: This is by far the worst business product I have ever purchased. It provides static-full conversations and an undesired humming that makes you run for the handset.
- Crystal Clear: I really like the headset. Very comfortable having it on all the time as I work from home. Very clear quality. Fine levels to adjust for different sizes. I wish there were controls for volume and mute, but then you are not too far from the phone anyways. I recommend it.

This has been a great addition to our home office. The sound quality is superb, and the cost is perfect! One of these days, I'd prefer to have a wireless headset, but this has been a lifesaver... really... trying to take notes or type while talking was just impossible before. You have to wonder why telephones don't come with set-ups like this to begin with. - Okay I Guess: It sounds fine to me but others say it is staticy and they don't hear me well. It MIGHT be my phone. It is a comfortable headset and stays in place well.
- A nice/low cost hands free.: Low noise/humming.
I use it with my home chordless (Uniden) and I like it very much.
