- Easy: This device make picking the phone up very easy. One button on the headset and it's good to go.
- HL10 Handset Lifter works as expected. : Easy to install; and works as expected on my phone. Depending on your phone you may have to make some adjustments and there is an extension arm included for that. My guess is most phones won't need it though.
- headset lifter: it isw a superb item when using the wireless head set. I wouldn't want the headset without it.
- You won't regret this purchase!: My office is downstairs. I've had a Plantronics wireless headset but not the handset lifter. What was I thinking? Always had to pick up the handset and lay it down next to the phone and then put it back after the call. Now, I can take calls from anywhere in the house. Just push the button on the headset to answer and push again to hang up. I was concerned about lag time between pushing the button and the handset lifting. There is less lag time than it took to reach over and pick up the reciever. Lots of options for phone types and compatible with many Plantronics wireless headsets. Highly recommended and I take and make over 20 calls a day.
- good, but don't "buy both & save"!: The product works as expected... but avoid the "buy both and save" for the accessory kit -- the lifter includes the accessories in the box!
