Product is as advertised. Recommend. - As Advertised: Very nice leather case--not sure I like the latch (it's a push in button type) as much as earlier cases which had velcro. All in all, good value.

if your buying a Canon camera this is the case you should buy
AND YES IT FITS THE Canon PowerShot SD870IS - This case does not seem to be built for the SD870.: I bought this to go with my Canon SD870 IS - just as the item description stated. I don't think that this case is actually meant for that model though because although the camera fits inside of the case, it is very challenging to close it. Pushing it in and out is cumbersome and takes a while.
Not the greatest case ever for the SD870, but it is a nice case and would probably work great for the model it was made for.
