  It came in Bulk packaging which I was fine with.
  I have it for about 2 months and have had no problems.
  
• Must be my bad luck.: First one I received didn't work. Wouldn't even charge. Returned it without a problem for a second, and that one works, just not very well. I never had a problem with my relatively new (5 months old) candy bar phone, always crystal clear calls, but once I paired my phone with this headset, forget it. The headset is so heavy with static I can't hear anyone I'm talking to. The other reviews are great, which is why I purchased it. Must be just my bad luck?
• Very good buy: Pros: good sound, can hear clearly, cheap (under $30), good range, works with Skype and Windows Vista
  
  Con's: haven't really found any except that it sticks out from your ear a little, but you can still hear good.
  
  I have used it in the car, at home and outside in calm environments but not in noisy enviroments.
• Good product: Headset was sent promptly, along with a charger and instruction booklet. It did not arrive in manufacturer packaging, but in bubble wrap. Works fine, though. No problems
• Really great for the money!: The Logitech Bluetooth headset that I had been using for 2 years broke and while waiting for the replacement part from Logitech I ordered this inexpensive Motorola for the meantime.
  In my opinion it sounds much better then the Logitech, my callers said it sounds MUCH better on the other end, and it's smaller, lighter, and easier to put on/off.
  
  It was also half the price of the Logitech. I can't imagine that the customer support is even close. Logitech has been by far the best company that I've had dealings with, but its just over $20! Great, and even better for the price!
