• phone: the first telephone I got didn't work correctly, I couldn't get the battery to charge enough and then the phone to register, so I returned it and they resent me a new one. I don't like the fact that I had to pay the shipping and handling to return the defective product especially since i sent it certified requesting a signature so I would know it was received. It cost me an additional $11 to mail it back. If there is someway to get a refund I would be much happier. The second phone I got finally worked, so far I am satisfied with it, just not happy with the customer service I encounterd from the shipper.
• Pretty good clarity but problem with dropping base: Really like these phones. bought extra ones even. Two things I don't like is the handset ringer is not loud enough and every now and then it says I am out of range, but I am not that far from the base.
• Uniden Handset: Nice phone with a long charge time so far but it lacks a format feature so if there is a number in the caller id and it is a long distance number you have to delete the whole number just to add the number 1 at the begining e.g. 800-555-5555 showing, you can't back over the numbers to add the 1.
• Excellent phone.: Very happy with functionality, weight, and convenience of this phone and the system it works with. Highly recommend it.
